Anger triggers the body’s ‘fight or flight’ response.
It’s an automatic response by your sympathetic nervous system- like a gas pedal.
Triggers the fight-or-flight response, providing the body with a burst of energy. Energy= stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol.
Chronic low-level, simmering, and stewing keeps the chemicals activated and ready to go- much like a motor that is idling too high for too long. Constant and building anger is harmful to the body and often ignored because a person has become accustomed to living in a toxic and over-stimulated environment.
Look out for
-digestion problems, abdominal pain, ulcers, indigestion
-weight- elevated cortisol levels inadvertently contribute to the buildup of fat tissue and to weight gain, increasing the storage of unused nutrients as fat.

-chronic pain
-high blood pressure
-heart attack
-stroke
– headache
-weakens your immune system
